Australian Postage

Free delivery for all orders over $150 (Australia only)

All orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $13 per delivery (Australia only)

Parcels are sent by parcel post via Australia Post and a signature maybe required upon receipt of goods. If no one is available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left advising which post office the parcel can be collected.

Once your order is received and payment confirmed, we will aim to dispatch within 48 hours.

Delivery time in metropolitan areas will be approx 2-7 business days from date of order. Country locations please allow extra days approx 3-8 business days.

International Postage (Outside Australia)

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of Australia.

PLEASE NOTE: Long Tall Venus will not accept any responsibility for late postage due to postage strikes, weather or any other problems that are beyond our control for parcels sent throughout Australia.
